Senior Lead Enterprise Architect with focus on Data, Analytics and AI

Danish Crown is in the early stages of modernizing its analytics and AI platforms. The new platforms will serve as the cornerstone for data-driven decision making, advanced analytics and innovations in AI. We are therefore looking for an Senior Lead Enterprise Architect with focus on Data, Analytics and AI. 

 

You will translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, guide solution design, and ensure alignment with our enterprise principles and strategy so our IT landscape remains scalable, resilient, and ready for the future. 

Success starts with a team
You will join a small, close knit team of enterprise architects (currently four plus a student worker) who partner proactively with both business and Global IT. We value openness, knowledge sharing, and a strong teamwork mindset. We remain intentionally small and collaborative so we can move fast and learn from each other. 

 

What you will be doing

• Develop and evolve the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap for the Data, Analytics and AI area.  
• Provide technical and architectural direction for development and operations across solutions implemented in technologies from SAP and Microsoft.
• Drive the strategy for our technology architecture and the health, resilience, and stability of the data estate and AI landscape.
• Guide the Danish Crown organization in an ethical use of data and emerging AI technologies.
• Strengthen architectural capabilities: Contribute to LeanIX EAMS, coach stakeholders, and support continuous optimization of ITSM processes for improved efficiency and business alignment.

 

How we work

• Global IT is structured into business facing domains and enabling domains. Enterprise Architecture partners across all, with heavy involvement in the initial funnel and review phases of initiatives.
• We use light touch governance: principles and standards provide the framework for target architectures without becoming blockers. 
• LeanIX enterprise architecture management system underpins our fact base, while we keep collaboration high and silos low.
• We deliver Architecture Visions in a diagram format to visually present target architecture in the simplest manner possible.  

 

About you

• Comfortable working in agile, cross functional environments and being able to translate complex tech into clear, business oriented communication. 
• Experience with data platform technologies from SAP and Microsoft will be an advantage. Danish Crown is currently using SAP BW and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Interest in the field of AI and how it can be used as a productivity enabler in an organization.
• Data Management in general and Data/AI Governance specifically are two of the main enablers for the future platforms. Experience within this area will be an advantage.
• You speak and write English fluently, and it is an advantage if you speak and write Danish as well.
