Responsibilities

Coordinates patient care activities within the hospital on an assigned shift or tour of duty. In the absence of the President and CEO and/or his designated representative, the House Coordinator serves as the highest official on duty, and is responsible for ensuring the continuity of patient care services and other administrative activities.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

1. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing

2. Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.

3. Seven (7) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN).

4. Two (2) years of leadership experience.

5. Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

 PREFERRED:

1. BSN degree

2. Two (2) years of critical care experience within the last ten (10) years.

3. Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.

4. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Work Hours:

7AM-3:30PM
