We’re now hiring a Lead HVAC Installer — a hands-on role where you will both work on installs and lead your install crew.

About the Role
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you’ll install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, while running your crew and managing the job site. You will coordinate materials, inspect quality, maintain safety, and ensure the job is completed on time and to our high standards — all while mentoring your team in proper install techniques.

What You’ll Do
✅ Lead HVAC installs in homes and light commercial buildings
✅ Work alongside your team — hands-on installation work
✅ Supervise and mentor junior installers
✅ Organize materials and manage equipment
✅ Maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites
✅ Perform quality checks to ensure perfect installs
✅ Manage job documentation, permits, and inspections
✅ Communicate effectively with the office and clients
✅ Monitor project costs and keep installs on schedule

Compensation & BenefitsPay:

• $30–$40 per hour (depending on experience)

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3+ years of HVAC install experience
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Hands-on install skills — lead from the front
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
✅ Ability to pass background check
✅ EPA or NATE certification (preferred, not required)
