A Day in the Life
We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on - 3 July 2025.Medtronic is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Process Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing current processes, developing and implementing standard business processes for the Product DNA enterprise change process, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, gathering information and providing direction for the development of Quality Management System (QMS) process documentation and driving consistency in the change process across numerous Medtronic functional areas. This role requires strong organizational, facilitation, relationship building and alignment skills to ensure the successful development and execution of common business processes across various departments.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
Plans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
Measures performance against process requirements.
Aligns improvements to eliminate waste and support business objectives.
May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
Surveys and analyzes best practices within or external to the company.
Communicates team progress.
Performs cost and benefit analyses.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, OR an advanced degree with 2 years of experience
Nice to Have
PLM Experience (Windchill)
Streamlining multiple processes into a single, unified process.
Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills.
Ability to assert influence and drive results while maintaining a collaborative and tactful approach.
Strong negotiation skills to drive alignment and achieve objectives.
