How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
You will develop a broad understanding of the Transaction Banking organization. The value you create will be rooted in data-driving insights, proven problem-solving methodologies, and cross-team collaboration. You will fulfill these responsibilities along with other strategic projects prioritized by the organization’s leaders.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

  • Program/Project Management – Plan, conceptualize, and execute key programs/projects 
  • Management Reporting – Establish a clear understanding of parameters relevant to success of the project and provide timely and accurate manner
  • Communications – Provide updates for the projects to different stakeholders customized for their levels, interest and usefulness; manage organizational wide communications
  • Talent Management - Partner with Human Capital Management as central point of contact for Transaction Banking staff related initiatives, including recruiting, training and other career development initiatives
  • Budget and Expense Management – Partner with Finance in annual budgeting process including forecasting and regular expense oversight.

 

 Basic Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in business, consulting, organizational development, human resources, communications, public relations or marketing is preferred.
  • At least 2-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization.
  • Deep proficiency in management, communication, and organizational development
  • Proficiency in project or program management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve business problems efficiently, effectively and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work closely with senior level sponsors and stakeholders to create consensus around plans, activities and measures of strategic projects.
  • Work on both short term, ad hoc requests as well as longer term analysis and projects

Salary Range 
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $100000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
