About the role
As a logistics operator, you are responsible for monitoring and managing logistics processes, resolving malfunctions, performing technical interventions, and working with modern systems in an automated cold storage environment. You work in a two-shift system and have a technical affinity.<br><br><strong>What will you be doing at Agristo?</strong><br>As a logistics operator, you are responsible for:<br><ul> <li>Monitoring and managing the processes within the logistics department to ensure continuity.</li> <li>Identifying and resolving irregularities and malfunctions in the logistics flows.</li> <li>Carrying out minor technical interventions to ensure a safe and smooth flow of goods.</li> <li>Working with modern systems and operating cranes and shuttles in the automated cold storage facility.</li> <li>Interpreting data trends and reporting process information with the aim of contributing to improvement actions for the logistics department.</li></ul>
<ul> <li>You have a technical affinity.</li> <li>You hold a valid forklift and reach truck certificate, or you are willing to obtain one.</li> <li>Working in a colder environment doesn’t scare you, and you are not afraid of heights.</li> <li>You are willing to work in a two-shift system (5 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 9 p.m.).</li> <li>You are comfortable working with computers and eager to learn new programs.</li> <li>You work efficiently and with respect for safety and quality standards.</li> <li>You have a good command of Dutch, French, or English.</li></ul>
