If you’re looking for a role that blends autonomy, collaboration, and purpose, this is your chance to make a real impact.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What will you be doing?</span></b></p><p><span>You’ll be part of a close-knit team, reporting to the Team Manager OTC Italy, and managing your own<span> </span><span>low, medium, and high complexity portfolio of accounts</span>.<span> </span><span>Your day will be a mix of customer contact to collect outstanding debt: via phone, email and in-person visits, with around 20% of your time spent travelling to public and private hospitals across Italy.</span><span> </span>You’ll follow a collections strategy, reconcile accounts, identify payment received and work closely with internal teams to resolve disputes and support customers in settling invoices.</span></p><p><span>Your role will be key to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring financial health across the business.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What will you need to be successful?</span></b></p><p><span>Success in this role means being proactive, organized and customer focused. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments to solve problems and drive results.</span></p><ul><li><span>2–3 years of collections experience in an international environment, ideally with public sector clients</span></li><li><span>Minimum B2 level of English required</span></li><li><span>Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills, plus SAP experience is highly valued</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and prioritization skills, with a curious mindset and a drive to learn</span></li><li><span>A valid driving license</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of accounting is required</span></li><li><span>University degree is a plus</span></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b><i><span>You.
