As a division of a large, privately held consumer packaged goods organization, our Mount Prospect location offers the financial resources and agility to remain flexible and responsive to changes in the marketplace. Within Accounting and Finance, you may have the opportunity to collaborate with our financial planning and analysis group to support four of our key business units and shared services departments with internal and external financial reports, forecasting, and the business-planning process.

Job Description
Robert Bosch Tool Corporation’s Rotational Development Program is a 24-month, entry-level rotational program. Our Rotational Development Program is designed for Bachelor's candidates. Our program gives you the tools and the platform to develop your career and grow your professional network.
The Rotational Development Program is composed of three 6-9 month rotational assignments custom designed to include cross functional opportunities. Your assignments are designed to provide valuable experiences that will help you become a well-rounded marketer. In addition, you will be partnered with an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance as well as a peer mentor to help guide you through the program. This is an exciting opportunity for students and recent grads looking to make their mark in a global organization
At completion of the rotational program, this position will be located in Mount Prospect, Illinois.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Must Haves):
- Bachelor's Degree received within the last 2 years in Business with a concentration in Marketing
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Exposure to Product Development
- Digital /Web Marketing
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of one completed internship, co-op, or six months full-time relevant work experience related to your field of study.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Collaborative, Analytical, Presentation Skillset, Strong Communicaiton & Preparation Skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States - Bosch does not offer visa sponsorship for any of the positions under this program
