We are currently looking for a permanent postion of Project Sales Business Leader Germany located in Germany.

 

Your mission

 

• Lead the Project Business Segment development in the country.
• Accountable to deliver the target sales profitable growth by leading the project sales operating model in the country including project pipeline management, key account management, sales team management (functionally and/or hierarchically), project design, quote and build, project execution, technical support.
• Coordinates the definition and implementation of the Country Project Business roadmap to encompass sales and marketing plans, product/data/tools requirements, design/ build/ supply set-up and performance management
• Identify and evaluate new sales growth opportunities for Project Business and propose commercial/pricing strategy.
• Identify target vertical markets and lead key account development at every level of the project decisions makers, including building owners, investors, end users, specifiers and electrical consultants, electrical and general contractors, panel builders ...
• Lead the Technical Support Center team to provide pre and after sales design and quotation support at all project stages
• Lead the Design & Build department to ensure solutions design and build on time/ quality/ cost including third party factored products
• Lead the Project Execution Team to grant seamless execution of won projects including final BOM definition, order processing, project planning and delivery, preoject releases and variation management, buy/resell, testing and conformity, cash collection

 

Your profile

 

• With a Master degree or engineering background, you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have managed teams and projects in an international context.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• Recognized for your leadership and impact, you also have the ability to adapt, analyze and take decisions.
• You are challenge-oriented and able to work collaboratively or autonomously in a constantly evolving multicultural environment.
