The insights drawn from the data analysis are used to drive next best decision to retain clients and maximize profits. These decisions relate to the optimization of existing products and development of new products. The analyst will be required to analyze internal data relating to usage together with market research, engaging existing clients on what could be improved.</p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Noting in D2C and B2B tools</li><li>Updating models accuracy</li><li>Updating and monitoring tasks in a weekly basis</li><li>Testing of new accounts or clients’ validations to verify and confirm model’s accuracy.</li><li>Report mistakes to the central team, with the specifications for the cases, for correction and follow up.</li><li>Testing of the corrections and new KPIs to confirm they are correct.</li><li>Providing analytic support, understanding what information is needed and how to apply functionalities to each of the requirements presented. Creating personalized credit rules.</li><li>Providing analytics support to the central team with improvements, new developments, or categorizations problems.</li></ul><p>Other responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Proof of concepts execution</li><li>Accuracy verification of proofs con concepts, analysis and error correction and improvement proposal.</li><li>Creating result´s presentation for clients.</li><li>Updating guides, instructions, and documents</li><li>Mapping categories with other category models in the market for other clients.</li><li>Changes/Improvement control for D2C and B2B of documentation: Improvements (internal).</li><li>Example creation with different requirements, following specific client needs.</li><li>Development and analysis of analytics functionalities with new indicators ratios, dashboards, etc.</li><li>Supporting presentations for clients showing models functions.</li><li>Supporting in folders associated to RFPs for potential clients.</li><li>Market analysis/presentations attendance -project related-/Events.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Knowledge in financial transactions. Banking experience in retail.</li><li>Experience in credit risk. Knowledge in credit analysis for final Consumers and PYMEs. Notions in credit risk policy.</li><li>Knowledge in finance and accounting for analytics solutions creation.</li><li>Advance skills in Power Point (slides creation with good design, table and graphic use).</li><li>Advance skills in Excel (knowledge of formula for testing, big data bases manipulation, graphics).
