Job Description

You’ll work during your daytime hours to compile valuable data that enables our US-based team to act immediately when their business day begins. Responsibilities

• Monitor LinkedIn daily for professionals who have recently accepted new positions in the manufacturing and engineering sectors
  
• Conduct strategic research to identify these professionals’ previous companies and reporting structures
  
• Uncover potential hiring managers who may now have positions to fill
  
• Compile comprehensive data into well-organized spreadsheets including names, companies, titles, reporting relationships, and direct LinkedIn profile links
  
• Deliver polished, actionable reports before the US business day begins
  
• Meet or exceed daily targets for quality lead identification
  
• Continuously refine research techniques to improve efficiency and results
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated proficiency with LinkedIn and thorough understanding of the platform’s features and functionality
  
• Exceptional research abilities with a talent for finding connections between people and organizations
  
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
