As a Warehouse Operator at Gutor Electronics, you will be securing the goods receiving including defined inspections and picking/packing of material for and spare parts business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods
• SAP key user in the MM module for the warehouse area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with internal and external safety regulations
• Development and implementation of process improvements
• Plan, organize and perform the stock-take according to stocktaking schedules
• Securing the proper storing of material while applying the FIFO principal
• Processing of ECO’s
• Collaboration on projects
• Support audits

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED

• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow processes.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

• Background in electronics or industrial equipment manufacturing.
• Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or Six Sigma principles.
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards.
• Experience with digital warehouse tools (e.g., barcode scanners, mobile SAP apps).
• Experience with SAP ERP, especially Materials Management (MM) modules.
