The ServiceNow Developer/Analyst Lead is responsible for supporting ManTech’s ServiceNow environment.  Work as part of a team gathering system requirements and creating solutions to meet customer needs on the ServiceNow platform.  Grow your skill set through communicating with users, learning delivered ServiceNow functionality, developing and testing solutions.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

  • Provide technical mentorship to the development team to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow development and projects

  • Engage directly with stakeholders to gather necessary requirements and provide product demonstrations as needed

  • Participate and contribute to sprint planning and sprint review meetings and other Agile Ceremonies

  • Implement ServiceNow design solutions including system integrations and data analytics

  • Build ServiceNow Solutions, Workflows, and automations

  • Experienced working with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB or other ServiceNow modules

  • Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for stakeholder

  • Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies

  • Test and debug complex software components and units.

  • Develop product documentation as needed

  • Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementation, offering recommendations for improvements.

  • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions

  • Attend on-going training sessions to achieve a higher level of functional and technical skill

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Architecture. Additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) required

  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations

  • Experience with SecOps, IRM (GRC), SPM (ITBM), ITOM and/or ITSM modules

  • Effective team player and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages

  • Understanding of SDLC and iterative development best practice

  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum team and promoting Agile Scrum principles/ practices

  • Ability to design and build technical solutions using applicable technologies; ability to demonstrate exceptional configuration/coding skills and development discipline

  • Exceptional problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Organized and methodical in development approach

  • Experience working within large cross-functional teams. Must have excellent communications and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed

  • US Citizen and must be eligible to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The projected compensation range for this position is $111,400-$185,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
