The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team supports the global CoreWeave enterprise by developing and integrating management solutions into our operations in line with our Global Policy. Our team is dedicated to providing proactive support and responsive solutions in CoreWeave's high-speed operational environment
About the role:
The EHS Global Program Manager is responsible for developing and managing global technical EHS programs. You will create and maintain technical directives, SOPs, and tools for core operational areas, including Electrical Safety, LOTO, and Emergency Response. Working in a matrixed organization, you will collaborate with Data Center Management, Security, and Engineering to maximize global alignment and implementation
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage technical directives and SOPs for programs, including LOTO, Electrical Safety, Working at Heights, and HAZCOM.
- Lead program management for Incident Management, Emergency Response, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity.
- Partner with internal EHS audit teams and collaborate with cross-functional technical experts.
- Manage operational ownership of EHS documentation, ensuring periodic reviews and approvals.
- Propose and strategize new EHS programs to support business growth and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with EHS-IT to integrate technical programs into scalable digital solutions.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety field.
- 7+ years of related experience in a technical, industrial, or mission-critical environment.
- Technical expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety with a background in management systems.
- Proven experience in taking ownership of, developing, and deploying EHS programs.
- Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations at the Federal level, including experience with state and local regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop operational workflows based on efficiency and lean principles.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications in EHS or related technical fields

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $163,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both
