From personalized AI tutors and exciting lesson summaries to tailor-made learning quizzes and individual feedback, we make the learning journey successful and sustainable for every student.</p> <p><strong>Your role on our mission:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The perfect combination -</strong> you manage sales &amp; customer success - from the first consultation to long-term support.</li> <li><strong>Advise &amp; convince -</strong> You advise parents and students, recommend optimal learning solutions and find suitable tutors.</li> <li><strong>Generating deals -</strong> You generate deals, get families excited about tutoring packages and successfully conclude contracts.</li> <li><strong>Build customer relationships -</strong> You strengthen customer loyalty, manage your customer base and optimize the learning experience</li> <li><strong>Upselling &amp; referrals -</strong> You increase sales through upselling strategies and promote referrals in a targeted manner.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Native English language skills (C1/C2) -</strong> You communicate confidently with English-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.</li> <li><strong>Sales mindset &amp; initiative -</strong> You love to convince people, actively expand your customer base and set yourself ambitious goals.</li> <li><strong>Strong communication skills -</strong> you are persuasive, listen carefully, find solutions and manage to build trust.</li> <li><strong>Experience in sales (2-3 years of experience) -</strong> Have you already had your first contact with sales or customer service?
