Assistant Social Services Director Responsibilities:

• As an assistant social services director, you will help to oversee the planning and implementation of social services programs in your facility.
• You will assist with oversight of the implementation of treatment programs
• You will help develop and coordinate educational in-services
• You will oversee the assessment of all potential residents

Requirements

Assistant Social Services Director Qualifications:

• Must meet the definition of a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as defined by the Illinois Mental Health Code (LCSW, LCPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, PMHNP, LMFT, etc.)
• At least two (2) years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
