Commercial Manager l OTC business

For an international OTC company, we are looking for a Commercial Manager @ interim.
Scope: BeluxStart assignment: ASAPDuration assignment: 5-6 months.

Role

• Develop and implement the Retail sales strategy for the various distribution channels.
• Identify new business opportunities (Flanders, Netherlands): build the business case and roll it out.
• Contribute to the development of digital sales within its perimeter.
• Develop and implement the trade-marketing & training strategy for the area in question, in conjunction with the international marketing department and the digital department, with the aim of developing sales (sell in and sell out).
• Leads the sales teams in achieving their objectives 

Profile

• Master Degree.
• Familiar with the role of Commercial Manager in OTC, pharma or cosmetics industry.
• Ideally 10+ years' experience in a similar role, with international exposure and a drive to deliver best in class sales management practices.
• Deep understanding of business practices, market dynamics and trends.
• Strong inter-personal & influencing skills towards all stakeholders.
• Excellent People Manager.
• Effective change manager with a results-oriented track record.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & French.
