<div class="content-intro"><p>At SanMar, the work you do makes a difference.</p></div><p><strong>Job Level</strong></p> <p>Grade T2.2</p> <p><strong>Supervisor</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p><strong>Level</strong></p> <p>DC Tier 2.2</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What's the Short Version?</strong></p> <p>A Receiver/Loader is required to unload and load incoming and outgoing trailers by following standard operating procedures (SOP) which may include, sorting, palletizing, and moving product.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Unload and load product by following standard operating procedures.</li> <li>May use electric Power Jack to move pallets and/or product as needed.</li> <li>Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers.</li> <li>Meet minimum standards and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.</li> <li>Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> <li>Comply with all policies and standards.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Are We Looking For?</strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred</li> <li>Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information</li> <li>Basic math skills in counting and quantity required</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require</li> <li>Ability to work efficiently, with minimal supervision</li> <li>Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines</li> <li>Able to work both independently and within a team</li> <li>Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Comprehends verbal and written instructions</li> <li>Essential days or overtime may be required</li> <li>May need to complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification every three years</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What's Our Offer? </strong></p> <p>Salary Range: You`ll earn between $17.00 - $21.25 on an hourly basis, depending on experience.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start.
