A great opportunity at Fort HealthCare's Center for Women’s Health Clinic exists for a part time Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of health care needs for women across the lifespan. The focus of this position is wellness, prevention, and health promotion. The Nurse Practitioner, in collaboration with the physician, performs physical examinations; creates and monitors care plans; performs in-office contraception insertions; orders medications and diagnostic tests; consults with physicians and other healthcare professionals; and collaborates with staff, patients, and families.
Shift:
Full time
80 hours per bi-weekly pay period
Day Shift
Requirements are a Bachelor’s Degree, Registered Nurse with current Wisconsin license; APNP certification upon hire, prescriptive authority; BLS certification. Experience in a physician's clinic preferred.
