The Penn State Smeal Professional Graduate Programs is seeking to hire Teaching Support Specialists (TSS) to assist with online course delivery and instruction for the online master's and graduate certificate portfolio spanning a variety of specialty areas including Online MBA; Accounting Foundations; Business Analytics; Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship; Marketing Analytics and Insights; Strategic Management and Executive Leadership; Supply Chain Management; and Taxation. TSSs are professionals in their respective fields with the appropriate background needed to assist with engagement of professional students and application of course concepts to contemporary business. Duties include but are not limited to assisting the lead instructor with feedback/grading, facilitation of discussion boards, moderation of live sessions, and course innovation. Additionally, TSSs will assist students with technical and course content issues upon request.
