The Driver Check-In/Route Reconciliation Representative plays a critical role in supporting our delivery associates during the post-delivery reconciliation process. This position is responsible for receiving and reviewing delivery documentation, including invoices and customer payments, as drivers return to the facility. This position works closely with our drivers to identify and resolve any discrepancies and with ultimately applying payments to invoices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all check-in related documentation and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
• Communicating with drivers and warehouse personnel regarding returned products, credits, and discrepancies.
• Verifying and reconciling payments with corresponding invoices.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to missing or incorrect paperwork, payments, or returned goods.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth and efficient check-in operations.
• Answer incoming calls from drivers, delivery associates, managers, sales associates and customers and providing support.
• This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be18 years or older
• High school or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent required
