About the Role

Caribou is looking for a delivery manager to drive alignment between our Product and Technology teams, oversee the roadmap planning process and maintain accountability to identified outcomes,  and enable cross-functional coordination with Operations, Finance, and other parts of the organization.

In this role, you will…

• Own Roadmap Planning  |  Drive the quarterly roadmap planning process across Product, Technology and key stakeholders, establishing a regular cadence of monthly readouts on progress, risks, and opportunities. 
• Oversee Project Delivery  |   Drive delivery for cross-functional work on major initiatives, addressing gaps and escalating any delays and blockers.
• Maintain Reporting  |  Regularly report on status for major initiatives. Responsible for the publication of business and technology metrics that  are key indicators of velocity, quality and impact.
• Communicate Updates  |  Drive product development communication strategy, including ownership of all hands, demos, and cross-functional offsites. Establish a cadence of communication in service of ensuring commitments are delivered upon.

This role can be based out of Caribou offices in Washington, DC and Denver, CO. Alternatively, this role may work remotely from a state where Caribou operates*.

About You

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations related to engineering, product, design, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• You see the bigger picture, are analytical, can quickly grasp what is an actual problem/opportunity and what needs to focus on now.
• An efficient communicator and great at clarifying/simplifying for teams.
• Experienced in discussing and interacting with senior leaders, an influencer with the ability to lead without formal authority.
• Goal focused and pragmatic, understanding the complexity of working with a multitude of different teams and people.
• You have a flexible approach, responsive to changing business needs.
• Very structured, well organized, operating with accountability and integrity.
• Collaborative mindset; will work across many areas of an organization.
• Flexibility to work with geographically distributed teams.
