$25.30 - $37.95Essential Functions
- Performs individual pastoral visitation, and provides additional services or therapies as requested or appropriate
- Ensures appropriate response and follow-up on all referrals
- Works to effect appropriate liaison with clergy by coordinating spiritual care with community clergy.
- Provides Spiritual Care and counseling to patients and families
- Provides summary of activities and completes charting for spiritual care interactions.
- Engages in pastoral activities other than those specified above only with prior permission and full awareness of Director.
- Participates in specially scheduled team member meetings of the Department of Spiritual Care and Education. Takes initiative to maintain active and regular supervisory meetings with immediate Supervisor, and regularly reports professional activities to same<
