2. What you´ll be doing

Your day-to-day as a Brand Specialist

Brand strategy & execution

• Develop and execute brand strategies for the various marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will be responsible for understanding the needs, aligning messages and branding efforts and creating proposals to inspire content creation.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.
  

Design & visual identity

• Improve and oversee brand guidelines, ensuring proper usage by internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain our design system in Figma, optimizing processes and implementing best practices of usage within the team.

Market research & innovation

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and audience insights.
• Identify new tools (including AI-powered ones), references and benchmarks to optimize design processes.

Cross-team collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (mainly marketing, sales and product) to develop compelling brand assets, including visuals, tone of voice, and storytelling elements
• Support brand activation campaigns, sponsorships, and partnerships to increase brand awareness from ideation to execution.

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor brand performance and customer perception, using data to refine strategies and improve brand impact.

3. What we´re looking for

You´re a great fit if you...

Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or related fields.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
• A strong understanding of branding principles, strategy, market positioning, and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret brand performance metrics.

Are:

• Creative with proactive attitude and always seeking opportunities to improve and optimize our processes.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with design tools and design systems (Adobe Suite, Figma) (a must).
• Skilled in creating 2D, motion graphics and product prototyping (a plus)
• Fluent in both Spanish and English languages (a must)

4. What's in it for you?

Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is between 26.000€ and 42.000€ OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

• Between 26.000€ & 40.000€ fixed salary
• Up to 15% (6.000€) quarterly bonus based on performance & potential.
