1st Shift

PCP Level 5 – Must be able to climb ladders

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Role specific HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical/Automation Controls/Water Room/Compressors/Boilers/Vacuum Systems work as assigned.

• Day shift support of all building electrical, water purification, and mechanical systems as well as be on call for off shift problem as they arise.

• Must be familiar with specifications and documentation associated with operations of the specified position.  The operations of this position may specify use of chemicals. In such cases, completion of periodic Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and Right-To-Know training will be required for these chemicals.

• Assist JLL with general facility utilities maintenance and tasks.

• Follow GMP practices and documentation requirements. 

• Provide utility general maintenance support for the site.  This includes handling requests for office and production personnel.

• Must comply with department protective clothing, safety, and management policies.

• Work with limited supervision.

• Executes additional duties as requested by coordinator and facility lead.

• Proficient communication with other associates to correct problems or complete projects, including other departments and vendors. 

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

• Required to support Shutdown schedules and activities each year.

Minimum Education

• High School Diploma required

Minimum Experience

• 3-5 years related experience

• Forklift operation

• Blueprint reading for building systems

• Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC

• Controls Automation
