Job Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve billing issues:

• Research and resolve invoices discrepancies and issues.

• Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice requests and inquiries, as needed.

• Invoice processing

• Review invoices for accuracy

• Monitor and manage outstanding invoices

• Upload invoices into account system

• Process miscellaneous payments as needed

• Process electronic payments and check requests

• Corporate Credit Card/Reimbursement Processing

• Review credit card charges and receipts for accuracy

• Review expense reimbursement requests

• Manage vendor records

• Request vendor information

• Enter in accounting system

• Bank account reconciliation

• Run daily bank reports

• Verify transactions

• Resolve discrepancies

Skills, Licenses, Certifications

• Business communication: Answering questions from vendors and internal departments via calls and emails

• Proficiency in MS Excel: utilizing excel functions to filter, group, and analyze data

• Oracle NetSuite users are preferred
