What does a successful Senior Manager, Transformation Marketing do at Fiserv?

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Transformation Marketing to join forces with our Director in spearheading revenue-generating marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the catalyst that drives innovative strategies, transforming bold ideas into thriving businesses. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and executing plans that test and launch new ventures, propelling our mission to new horizons.

What you will do:

• Assist the Vice President of Transformation Marketing in defining the strategic vision and operational plans for new marketing ventures, offering insights and recommendations based on market trends, pilot tests, and client needs.
• Lead the execution of key projects within the Transformation Marketing team, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with financial goals and strategic objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs within the marketing/media landscape, leveraging insights to inform business strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of initiatives, providing regular updates and recommendations to the Vice President and other stakeholders.
• Prepare sales materials and strategies for key partnerships with stakeholders, including retailers, brands, and tech providers.

What you will need to have:

• 7+ years’ experience within marketing/media or a related field
• 7+ years Business to consumer (B2C) experience and business to business (B2B) experience
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• 7+ years in the media marketing landscape, including advertising technologies, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
• Master’s degree
