Job Summary
To ship all Gemini products to customers accurately and in a timely manner. This position will support Geminis sales force and our customers by providing excellent service.
Primary Responsibilities
- Be able to read all picking lists thoroughly and have a clear understanding of all containers (size, weight, etc.)
- Utilize a variety of machines for shipping purposes.
- Pull product from warehouse accurately and efficiently.
- Enter information into X3 and Assistics computer program.
- Create rate quotes for all methods of shipping.
- Be able to identify raw material codes and have an understanding of what each one is used for.
- Must understand Hazardous waste requirements.
- Need to be able to visually see color variances on different substrates.
- Must work closely with Sales to understand customer needs.
- Inspect Equipment before operation.
- Follow all safety rules and assure work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all company rules and policies.
- Be able to work as part of a team and alone.
- Work with employees to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
- Report for all scheduled shifts on time and return from breaks and lunches in a timely manner.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Basic Math skills
- Effective communication skills (i.e. reading and writing)
