Job Summary

To ship all Gemini products to customers accurately and in a timely manner. This position will support Geminis sales force and our customers by providing excellent service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Be able to read all picking lists thoroughly and have a clear understanding of all containers (size, weight, etc.)

• Utilize a variety of machines for shipping purposes.

• Pull product from warehouse accurately and efficiently.

• Enter information into X3 and Assistics computer program.

• Create rate quotes for all methods of shipping.

• Be able to identify raw material codes and have an understanding of what each one is used for.

• Must understand Hazardous waste requirements.

• Need to be able to visually see color variances on different substrates.

• Must work closely with Sales to understand customer needs.

• Inspect Equipment before operation.

• Follow all safety rules and assure work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Follow all company rules and policies.

• Be able to work as part of a team and alone.

• Work with employees to maximize productivity and efficiency.

• Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.

• Report for all scheduled shifts on time and return from breaks and lunches in a timely manner.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Basic Math skills

• Effective communication skills (i.e. reading and writing)
