<p>Your future role</p>
<p>Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates.</p>
<p>You'll be the lead of the main Indirect categories in scope are (but not limited to), business and corporate management consultation services, temporary labor, recruitment, communication services. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (communication, legal, hr, finance), develop long term strategic plans for the entire spend area within Corporate Services for Spain and Portugal Cluster and much more.</p>
<p>You’ll specifically take care of managing in-country ( Spain and Portugal ) procurement activities and deliver on savings plan, managing relevant policies but also managing requestors and supplier relationships to ensure that Category Strategies are highly aligned to current and future Business needs and that the supply base is capable of supporting these strategies.</p>
<p>We’ll look to you for: </p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinates the introduction of new and modified services with appropriate departments</li>
<li>Advises on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex services with new and existing suppliers</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Degree level or equivalent qualifications</li>
<li>Previous experience in a category management role</li>
<li>Proven, successful supplier negotiations skills. Understanding of contract terms and conditions.</li>
<li>Understanding of contract principles and clauses and be able to construct an interpret agreements</li>
<li>Excellent communication/relationship skill, be the Confidential and trustworthy business partner</li>
<li>Communication skills and ability to influence others</li>
<li>Comfort with risk and ambiguous situations</li>
<li>Accuracy, Problem solving, planning and organization, result orientation, service orientation, ability to perform in stress situations</li>
<li>Experience of working within Indirect, preferably Corporate or professional services categories.</li>
<li>Fluency in English, proficiency in French as plus.</li>
