Network Engineer Lead

American Credit Acceptance, LLC seeks a Network Engineer Lead to design and implement network architecture to meet company’s network infrastructure requirements. Assist with setting the strategic direction for the organization’s IT infrastructure, inclusive of LAN, WAN SDWAN, Wireless and VPN connectivity. Create, update, and optimize security policies and routing rules within company’s firewalls and routers to ensure proper traffic inspection and access control. Responsible for the ongoing monitoring and alerting of critical network resources to proactively identify and resolve business disruptions. Provide technical guidance and training to team of network engineers. #LI-DNI Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Network Engineer or a similar role. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years configuring TCP/IP; 3 years creating scripts; 3 years installing, configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN network connectivity and routing issues on routers, firewalls and load balancers; 3 years leading successful enterprise deployment projects; and 2 years leading a team of engineers.
