Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) 

Location:  Buckhead, GA

Job Type: Part-Time

Compensation: $22/hr base rate + tips & commission | $40/hr guaranteed rate

Schedule/Availability: Must be available to work 2-3 Saturday's per month (flexible to be scheduled any Saturday) and 1-2 days during the week during Clinic Operating Hours (as posted on website *subject to change). You will be scheduled 815a-715p (11 hours scheduled, working 10 hours after breaks). You must be able to commit to a schedule made 60 days in advance. Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays highly preferred.

Ability to commute/cover other clinics: Reliably commute to home clinic location & periodically travel to other clinics to provide coverage as needed. 

Physical Requirements: This role requires long periods of Sitting & standing. Individuals are required to lift and move inventory and other clinic assets. 

Job Summary 

As part of the clinic team the Aesthetic Registered Nurse is a medical skincare professional who partners with their clinic team to provide clients’ excellence services with advanced medical-grade technologies and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies also specialize in injectables, hair removal and tattoo removal, we specialize in one thing - facials.  Helping develop effective routines and customized plans for clients with compassion and high-energy. RN’s should be ready to join a hard-working & high volume medical-grade skin care clinic.

Qualifications

Hire contingent on passing successful background check to be hired in the state of GA due to Laser Practitioner requirements.

Required education: 

Associate 

Required experience: 

Registered Nurse (RN): 3 years

Required license or certification: 

Registered Nurse (RN) 

Current State Nursing License 

BLS 

• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• 3 years in an RN role, not including clinicals.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through the American Heart Association
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
• Polished, natural, and professional.
• Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills be capable of problem-solving.
• Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable.
• Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met.
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented.
• Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
• Able to work weekends (40 hours per week)
