DSI is a rapidly expanding company with over one hundred employees. Accounting Associate to perform various accounting duties including weekly payroll, weekly tax and child support payments, enroll and monitor employee benefits, quarterly and yearly payroll filings including 941, 940, state withholding and W2 forms. Record Accounts Payable invoices into software. Record Accounts Receivable invoices into customer required software websites. Monitor Accounts Receivable for approval or rejection issues. Other general office duties including answering phone calls, receiving and processing packages/mail, prepare and maintain various spreadsheets, maintain vehicle spreadsheet and current registration.
