Compensation $18.46/hour maximum.

*This range reflects Carestream’s good faith estimate to pay fairly as starting wage. Offers will be tailored within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process, as well as geographic market differentials for the position.

Position Summary:

Are you an expert at creating labels for shipping? Are you and experienced picking, packing, loading, unloading and shipping? Are you available to work onsite Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 4:30PM at the rate disclosed above? If so, please apply to this Business Support/Material Handler position for Carestream at 882 Linden Ave. East Rochester, NY. 

Position Responsibilities:

Will do label creation, picking, packing, loading/unloading and other various shipping and receiving activities.

Light manufacturing of medical convivence kits, kits label creation, perform repetitive motion, comprehend and follow verbal and/or written work instructions and procedures, bending/standing/sitting/twisting, communicate clearly both verbally and written, have knowledge of basic safety requirements.

Required Skills & Education:

• HS Diploma or GED or 2+ years applicable experience (manufacturing, warehouse).   
• Strong attention to detail
• Get along with others.
• On time person- 100% attendance type person
• Successfully pass a Drug Test and Background Check.

Desired Skills:

• SAP knowledge
• Fork Truck experience preferred but Carestream may train for certification
• Computer skills
