About the role

Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise.

Job Description:

  • Build trusted relationships with key client executives
  • Provide technical strategic guidance to client and internal teams to help drive product strategy across the client base.
  • Promote Now & Next strategy alignment to enhance utilization and top-line revenue targets for each Health Care Organization
  • Leverage data driven engagements to maximize value across key communities and Managed Service Agreement’s
  • Maximize bi-directional data exchange spanning national networks to fulfill competitive alignment and regulatory measures
  • Organize region to align clients on strategy, sales, implementation and operations of the Interoperability portfolio, and provide recommendations for performance improvement
  • Prioritize and delegate key engagements across the region
  • Advise clients across product pillars
  • Utilize consultative sales approach for identifying and executing on sales opportunities
  • Serve as Interoperability knowledge expert supporting new business development and sales conversations
  • Develop an accountability-based Oracle-client relationship that promotes sustained alignment and continuous performance improvement
  • Provide executive oversight for Interoperability engagements, and ensure strategy is executed and value is delivered
  • Synthesize client and industry data, trends and best practices to inform knowledge sharing, internal strategy and client recommendations
  • Partner with internal and external marketing resources to build and deliver content into the market such as client value statements, industry presentations, and other market facing content
  • Maintain a market pulse on key Interoperability use-cases and surrounding fields
  • Cultivate and drive client value across portfolio of products

Requirements:

  • United States Citizenship required, on US Soil.
  • BS/MS Degree with a technical background and/or 3+ years of relevant healthcare software integrations related experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in client strategy, and/or electronic medical record/interoperability integration.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Position can be located anywhere in the US, with a preference in the Kansas City area.
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check and gain a federal clearance.
