Office Hours: Tuesday (7am-1pm), Wednesday (1pm-7pm), Thursday (1pm - 6pm), Friday (7am-Noon), Saturday (8am-Noon). Additional hours outside of office hours will be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage administrative and clinical staff

• Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow

• Ensure an excellent patient experience from consultation through treatment

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies

• Manage billing, accounts receivable, and financial processes

• Monitor clinic inventory and supplies

• Train and support staff development

• Track clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Engage with prospective patients and convert inquiries into consultations

Qualifications

• Experience managing a medical office or healthcare practice

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations

• Experience with EMR systems and office software

• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related field preferred

Compensation

• $45,000–$55,000 base salary (depending on experience)

• Performance bonuses available
