What will be your role?

As a Senior Marketing Consultant based in our brand-new headquarters in downtown Copenhagen, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the Nordic markets. This role offers the opportunity to not only shape our Nordic strategies but also take charge of the Danish market campaigns, ensuring impactful delivery that aligns with our ambitious KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-develop and manage the Annual Marketing Plan for our business segments.
• Lead the briefing, development, and production of innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal and external agencies.
• Shape strong partnerships across teams and markets to craft compelling brand positioning and tactical lead-generating campaigns.
• Strategically manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Analyse campaign effectiveness, report on results, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Keep up to date with market developments and competitor strategies, integrating insights into marketing initiatives.
• Champion our brand internally, ensuring all activities comply with Danske Bank’s brand guidelines.

Who are we looking for?

• A seasoned marketing professional with over 5 years of experience, open to individuals from various backgrounds such as marketing agencies, startups, or large corporations. 
• B2B marketing knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory. 
• A proactive, results-oriented individual with a thirst for commercially minded marketing that can tap into our growth mind-set and understand the difference between long-term positioning and tactical marketing activities with a focus on short-term commercial gains (lead-gen). 
• Excellent communicator and a natural team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
