The Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing processes and systems, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives. This role requires collaboration with technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, validate ongoing functionality, and enhance governance through effective stakeholder engagement. The Operations Lead will also drive process improvements and efficiencies, contributing to the overall business performance and operational excellence.
• Location: Marblehead, MA - Plano, TX or Edina, MN
• Work Arrangement: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 days per week
• The starting salary for this role is between $92,000.00 - $152,000.00
Primary Responsibilities
- Support various departments in their daily tasks and provide necessary assistance.
- Maintain and operate systems to ensure smooth functionality.
- Collaborate with technology teams to resolve system issues.
- Validate system functionality and ensure continuous improvement.
- Strengthen governance through stakeholder collaboration.
- Drive business efficiency and alignment.
- Network within the organization to enhance operational processes.
- Lead and manage projects related to system enhancements and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and system functionalities.
Required Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 7 years relevant experience

Compensation Package: The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for location(s) listed. The salary offer will be decided based on the role's complexity, its location, and the candidate’s professional background, including their education and experience. Beyond the base salary, regular full-time and part-time employees will also be eligible for QBE’s annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
