If you're ready to drive change and make history, apply now!</p></div><h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Health & Wellness Lead is responsible for leading occupational health, wellness, ergonomic and injury prevention programs at the Scout Motors Production Center. This role owns the relationship with third-party occupational health clinic and early symptom intervention provider. The Health & Wellness Lead will coordinate closely with EHS, HR, Risk & Insurance and operational teams related to conditioning programs, workers’ compensation, return-to-work (RTW), and light-duty.
