Team Leader - Software

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Platform & Production Support Engineer to manage and support enterprise grade applications and infrastructure in a 24x7 environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java application support, Linux/UNIX systems, SQL, patching, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace. A foundational understanding of ETL processes is essential to ensure seamless operations across data pipelines and batch jobs.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1 and L2 production support for Java based applications and backend platforms
• Monitor system health and performance using Dynatrace, SiteScope, and Splunk
• Investigate and resolve ETL job abends, performance bottlenecks, and system alerts
• Perform root cause analysis, document findings, and implement preventive actions
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Provide hands on support for Linux/UNIX environments, including shell scripting and log analysis
