We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategic growth in two key areas: Member Registration and Transfers. This role is essential for expanding our user base and optimizing the transfer process, ensuring that every eligible employee can register and actively use our service. Your mission will drive Tapcheck’s growth and enhance user satisfaction by making financial tools more accessible and efficient.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
1. Discovery Phase - Understanding Customer Needs through Metrics-Driven Analysis and Discovery:
- Utilize advanced SQL and analytics tools to independently dive into data, identifying key insights and trends.
- Lead the discovery phase with a focus on data-driven decision-making and metrics analysis.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand employee needs and market trends in financial services, particularly in EWA.
2. Strategy Phase - Experiment-Driven Strategy and Product Development:
- Develop and test hypotheses to increase user registration and optimize the transfer process.
- Make decisions based on objective, quantitative data, setting a clear strategic direction.
- Create fraud reduction strategies using advanced analytics.
3. Design Phase - Designing Solutions:
- Innovate the registration and transfer processes, focusing on user-friendliness and security.
- Address errors and fraud in the EWA process.
4. Execution Phase - Implementing and Executing:
- Lead the implementation of strategies, ensuring the efficient registration and transfer processes.
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate success and guide improvements.
5. Evaluation Phase - Evaluating and Iterating:
- Continuously integrate feedback and market insights to refine the user experience.
- Lead iterative improvements based on performance data and user feedback.
6. Team Leadership - Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Guide cross-functional Mission Teams for Member Registration and Transfers.
- Collaborate with customer support and other departments to maximize product value and user satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 8+ years of Product Manager experience in fintech, with a strong emphasis on growth, user acquisition, and self-service analytics.
- Exceptional skills in SQL and data analysis, with the ability to independently derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing.
- Proven ability to make objective, data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
