Pico is committed to offering immersive and interactive XR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare.
- As a world-renowned VR/AR brand with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, Pico has been at the forefront of the consumer electronic market. We have teams in Northern America, Europe, Japan and South Korea. We are looking for a skilled and creative hardware product manager to join us to build our VR/AR new product.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, software, AI) to align goals.
- Track technical development progress and resolve challenges.
- Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and address issues proactively.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets across projects.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and roadblocks.
- Continuously improve project management processes for efficiency.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards with coordination from QA teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or wearable technology.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects involving hardware, software, and AI components.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and hardware/software integration.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
- Experience with AR/MR environments, sensor technology, and AI applications.
- Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes for hardware products.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex projects.
- Passion for wearable technology and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and external contracts.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $163000 - $403200 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
