About this opportunity

Welcome to the Internal Custody team. We add value by supporting our customers in tax, proxy and corporate action events activities. As the Senior Service Operations Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in providing agreed level of service to our clients within corporate action area.

What you’ll be doing:

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
• Collaborating with stakeholders and clients
• Providing services according to Service Level Agreement
• Supporting clients in corporate action process on Swedish market
• Participating in internal projects in Trading & Custody Services area
• Developing and maintaining a good banking product knowledge to be able to understand and serve customer's businesses and prospects

• Knowledge\experience within corporate action area will be an additional value

 

Your experience and background:  

• Advanced English skills (both oral and written)
• Knowledge\experience from capital markets area
• Ability to search for information for investors
• Ability to establish contacts with Scandinavian agents 
• Finance related university degree or equivalent professional experience will be an asset
• Analytical, strong problem-solving and organizational skills
