Global Billing Network (GBN) is responsible for managing the issuance of printed statements and letters while advancing the global paperless strategy. This role supports the organization across strategy, transformation, and operational execution.
The Project Manager reports to the Billing Vice President and leads key Billing initiatives, driving the planning, execution, and delivery of operational projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
Partnering with cross-functional teams, the Project Manager defines scope, manages risks, and tracks progress to deliver results. The role also supports transformation efforts by identifying process improvements and advancing digital and paperless capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and implementation of Billing projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps to support strategic priorities
- Drive alignment across cross-functional internal and external stakeholders
- Provide project oversight, track progress, and deliver reporting to Operations and key stakeholders, including Technology and Capabilities
Minimum Qualifications
· Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
· Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
· Ability to balance strategic priorities with day-to-day execution
· Results-oriented with a track record of delivering outcomes
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
· Takes ownership and operates with a high degree of autonomy
· Experience developing, leading, and managing roadmaps and portfolios
Preferred Qualification
- Experience managing and partnering with third-party vendors, including governance, performance management, and delivery oversight.
Minimum Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefits
