Prime Diagnostic Imaging, part of the DICOT family, is seeking a Front Desk and Patient Liaison to be the face of our clinic. We empower patients with answers to take control of their health. Join us and be a vital part of their diagnostic journey.

What You DO:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring information is accurate.
• Manage patient records and accounts.
• Verify referrals and authorizations.
• Confirm exam preparation.
• Schedule walk-ins with valid doctor’s orders.
• Collect copays and balance daily deposits.
• Coordinate patient transportation post-exam.
• Assist with medical records, verifications, and scheduling.
• Keep the lobby clean and organized.

What You BRING:

• 1+ year of medical/radiology office experience preferred
• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance (PPOs, HMOs)
• Computer skills
• Multitasking, communication, and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and empathy for patients and physicians
• Fluent Spanish language skills preferred
