Position Summary

This position is responsible for administering the Identity Governance System for the Agency for automated processes. Ensure access control (security) throughout the Agency for systems users.

 

The Work You Will Do 

Administering Identity Governance System for the Agency for automated processes. Ensure access control (security) for all system users, maintain system configuration and maintenance.

 

Automation engineering of identity and access management systems. Including but not limited to: Creation or analyzing database systems. Configure API end points, creating and maintaining software/scripts.

 

Customer support for access control automation issues. Provide technical assistance to internal or external customers. Ensure customer issue(s) are resolved or elevated as needed.

 

Data analysis. Review trends in data to determine issue(s) and recommend solution(s) to management.

 

Create user or technical instructional guides as needed. Ensuring all technical documentation is properly stored and accessible upon request.

 

Other Information Security duties as required.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• At least three (3) years’ experience in system administration.
