We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and creating engaging content. You will collaborate with various team members to ensure that marketing efforts align with company goals and are effectively communicated to target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help shape marketing efforts

• Create and organize marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and newsletters

• Manage and track marketing budgets and resources

• Coordinate events, product launches, and promotional activities

• Analyze marketing data and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns

• Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks

• Maintain and update marketing databases and content management systems

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Assistant or similar position

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms is a plus

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
