Position Summary
The Residency is a paid internship program within IPG Mediabrands dedicated to the career development of the media industry’s fresh and emerging talent. Our program is designed to provide real-life exposure and training across our global agencies. These agencies include UM, Initiative, Orion, Healix, IPG Media Lab, MAGNA, Rapport and Kinesso. Interns will gain valuable and applicable media industry experience while building professional skills, and general business acumen to launch a successful career in media.

Resident Criteria
- Must be 2024 or 2025 graduate, (or have equivalent experience)
- Must be interested in media and digital trends
- Must be able to work 10 consecutive weeks from June 3rd, 2024 – August 9th, 2024
- This program follows a hybrid work guideline of three days a week in the office

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Analytical mindset with an interest in insights and story-telling

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
