Role Overview

As the CT7/T700 Lead Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating order management, directing supply chain output, and fulfilling customer requisitions. This position requires dedicated customer interface with both international and domestic commercial accounts. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product operations, fulfillment, logistics, quality, engineering, and supply chain to deliver results to the business and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ship material required to support customer demand for over 700 parts.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for domestic and international commercial customers.
  • Interface with all levels of supply chain to ensure adequate material support.
  • Expedite and prioritize critical shortage items in support of T700 and CT7 engine lines.
  • Coordinate workflows requiring pull-in/push-out to support material and inventory goals.
  • Collaborate with receiving, pack shop, quality, and traffic teams.
  • Request, update, and facilitate all AMPS orders.
  • Publish and update daily critical/shortage reports.
  • Maintain “Material Support” files, identifying commitment get-well dates and supply chain developments.
  • Support and attend internal and external meetings focused on T700/CT7 International Customer metrics, including material availability, expedites, forecasting, quality, shipping, and customer returns.
  • Interface with cross-functional platforms (T64, J85, TF34) to discipline best practices and standardize processes.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 5+ years of aerospace/defense experience. They excel in providing quality customer support across order management, RFQ, quality, forecasting, and logistics/part fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, logistics, or business from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience).
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Software, including Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Military experience in logistics, supply, and sustainment.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience.

Additional Information

  • Full-time position with a regular work schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Background and drug screening required.
  • Work in a controlled environment with exposure to various materials.
