PRODUCTION MANAGER - MASTER OF A 5 STAR PAINTING OUTCOME

Here’s what we have to offer: 

• You will be trained and work alongside the owners to learn the most effective way to do your job, based on their success and experiences. 
• You will be paid on your performance and meeting goals to earn 47-65K a year.  Percentages on production can add substantial income and will depend on successful execution.  It’s up to you on how fast your grow into one of our best leaders.

Long Term:  Once you have mastered this position, you will have the opportunity to grow into an upper executive management position.   The next tier of management would be Operations Manager.  This position will be based on development and increased compensation based on the execution of the Production Manager roles and growth of the business.  

Skills and Requirements: 

• MUST LIVE IN PASCO COUNTY, OR LUTZ, CARROLLWOOD, WESTCHASE, TRINITY, ODESSA AREAS
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Coordinating, Scheduling, Budgeting Costs
• Dedicated to Customer Service
• Management Experience Preferred
• Problem Solver
• Proficient in technology; smart phone, learning software, laptop, apps, software and spreadsheet applications.
• Self-motivated 
• Strong Verbal and Communication Skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Team player, who can also work independently and remotely.
