JOB SUMMARY
UT Southwestern is actively seeking an experienced and reliable Shuttle Driver to join our Shuttles team. We are looking for someone with two (2) years minimum previous shuttle driving experience, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts, mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. A clean driving record and valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with passenger endorsement are required.
As Shuttle Driver you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of patients, visitors, and staff between hospital facilities and designated locations on and around campus; works under general supervision to provide skilled work involved in regular operation of automobile, van, or mini-bus in transportation of passengers to on-campus and off-campus locations.
Work Location: Dallas Campus; travel to other sites as needed.
Shift Requirement:
- Must be available for work from 5:00 AM to 8:30 PM, M-F
- Must be available for split shifts (work 5:30 AM to 9:30 AM, back at 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM, work through 4:15 PM or 7:15 PM)
- Must be available for Flex Shifts; 3 flex shifts available (splits, AM’s, PM’s); flex shifts rotated every 6 months
- All drivers trained on every route
